Items that need a separate answer
Ask before loading tires, mattresses, appliances, electronics, liquids, batteries, chemicals, or materials suspected to contain asbestos. These may need separate disposal or special handling.
Do not place hazardous substances, fuel, wet paint, pressurized cylinders, or unknown chemicals in the container. Discuss proper alternatives for anything outside the approved load.
Keep dense materials separate
Concrete, brick, dirt, and similar material can exceed a weight allowance quickly. We must approve the material, container, and fill level first. Roofing and yard waste also need a specific loading plan.
Load for a safe pickup
Keep everything below the container’s marked fill line and within the agreed weight limit. Avoid material hanging over the sides. Distribute approved debris evenly, keep the door area manageable, and do not climb on unstable piles.
Keep access clear until the dumpster has been removed. If you discover unexpected material or think you may exceed the limit, call before continuing. Extra weight, prohibited items, or an overloaded container can change the pickup plan and cost.
